We start with a one-on-one conversation to understand your overall program, your cruising plans, and the kind of support you need, whether it’s occasional help or something more comprehensive.

Develop Scope
Based on your program and preferences, we create a tailored support outline. This may include parts logistics, technical oversight, yard coordination, dockage, organizing delivery Captains, or general ownership services. It’s flexible, scalable, and built around how you use your boat.

Agreement & Onboarding
Once we’ve agreed on scope and responsibilities, we formalize the relationship with a straightforward service agreement that is transparent, fair, and easy to work with. You’ll then be onboarded into our support system so we can start working for you right away.

Ongoing Support
From there, we’re on call. Whether you need something now or later, we’re standing by ready to assist with logistics, problem-solving, or planning ahead.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Our clients range from full-time liveaboards to seasonal owners. Some prefer to manage their own maintenance and just need occasional backup. Others rely on us for end-to-end support year-round. We tailor our service to fit your cruising lifestyle.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We start with a consultation to understand your boat and support needs. From there, we develop a custom scope and simple agreement. Once you’re onboarded, we’re just a message away ready to help when you need us.
DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A LONGTERM CONTRACT?
No. Rapide Shore Support is designed to be flexible. Some clients work with us seasonally, others long-term. We’ll structure the agreement to suit your usage and comfort level.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT CAN I EXPECT?
It depends on the scope and the plan you choose. It can be everything from emergency parts & logistics to routine haul-out coordination, rig checks, dockage, and more. We can also assist with delivery crew, insurance, and documentation, whatever helps keep your yacht running smoothly.
